Kingsbridge had a requirement to recruit more staff.  We worked with them to create this video compiled from testimonials from real staff members. 

Each and every line in this video is aimed at addressing a key point, for example many to medics working in the public sector.

As we made the video, it was very obvious that Kingsbridge is a fantastic employer and that its staff absolutely love working there.

A recruitment day was designed around the online advert, and a 30-second version was created for UTV.

The campaign was a great success, with more than 100 people turning up for the recruitment day.
